Transport Management Solutions is the trading name of TMS Bristol Ltd. We specialise in supporting small to medium sized businesses with cost efficient transport and driver management advice and practical solutions. Transport Management Solutions operate throughout the South, South West, Wales and South West Midlands.

Our experience has given us an understanding of the pressures of both costs and administration faced by smaller businesses and identified the concerns arising from Transport Management, employment issues and ever changing legislation.

Our principal consultant has a degree in Transport Management from Plymouth University and many years experience of operating medium and large fleets.

This coupled with the experience of being a nominated transport manager (CPC holder) and previously as a Class One LGV driver, gives him the unique skills of being able to understand all areas of transport operations and build relationships across all levels within a business.

Our experience ranges from working with owner drivers to multi national organisations and recent work has included blue chip logistic companies, retailers, building contractors and general hauliers.

More recently we have specialised in working with small to medium sized companies across a wide range of industries who operate commercial vehicles and/or company car fleets.

Our HR consultant has over 15 years experience in Human Resource Management and has worked with a number of blue chip retailers within their distribution functions. More recently she specialised in working with small to medium sized companies across service and industry sectors including retailing, vehicle maintenance and management, industrial cleaning and electrical and building contractors.
