Our principal consultant has a degree in Transport Management from Plymouth University and many years experience of working in and with small, medium and large fleets. His career includes roles from senior management positions in blue chip distribution companies, working on prestige supermarket contracts, to traffic supervisor for a small civil engineering company and an agency driver.

This coupled with the experience of being a nominated transport manager (CPC holder) and previously as a Class One LGV driver, gives him the unique skills of being able to understand all areas of transport operations and build relationships across all levels within a business.

Our clients benefit from this vast experience with practical advice based on personal experience delivered by someone who understands the issues of people throughout the organisation having had first hand experience in these roles.

Our HR consultant has over 15 years experience in Human Resource Management and has worked with a number of blue chip retailers within their distribution functions. More recently she specialised in working with small to medium sized companies across service and industry sectors including retailing, vehicle maintenance and management, industrial cleaning and electrical and building contractors.

Expertise includes supporting small to medium sized businesses with cost efficient advice and policy implementation, allowing you to run your business confident in the knowledge that the HR risks are managed.

Specialist Areas

Working with a number of our key clients we have developed specialist knowledge in what is commonly known as the "Tools of the trade" exemption form the EU drivers hours regulation. This is particularly useful to industries such as scaffolders, marquee hire companies and road management companies.
